Model Integratif Motivasi Belajar Berbasis Al-Qur’an dan Psikologi Pendidikan Modern

This qualitative study describes the spiritual dimensions in the Qur'an and their relevance to contemporary motivation theories to form an Integrative Learning Motivation model. Through an in-depth literature review of the Qur'an, hadith, and contemporary psychopedagogical literature, as well as their relevance to psychological theories in a deep and interpretive manner, this study concludes that there are four pillars of integrative motivation: sincere intention, meaningful purpose, self-efficacy, and basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence, relatedness) that can be aligned with the concepts of intention, effort, trust in God, and brotherhood. This research contributes to the importance of an integrated approach that views learning motivation as a holistic spiritual-psychological process. The implications for the design of this integrative model curriculum provide a conceptual basis for the development of learning that not only improves academic competence but also strengthens the meaning, values, and self-awareness of students, the role of teachers, and school policies.
